UVa Pegasus is an application used by first responders, fire and EMS agencies, 911 dispatch centers, law enforcement, and hospitals in the UVa Pegasus service area.
The application will send an alert to the MedCom team which will include the GPS coordinates obtained from the phone (if available) as well as other key data elements.
Users must register their phone with MedCom and receive approval prior to using the application.
